You will find that some courses focus on a specific topic, while others cover a broader range of issues for various grade levels. You can learn more about each workshop by referencing the workshop's online details page or brochure.

Where can I find details about the workshops?

Finding more information is easy. When you search for a workshop, you'll find our “Get Details Section.” This section will provide key information relating to the workshop you are interested in. You'll be able to view the agenda, review the date of the program and even register!

May I record the workshop?

We request your cooperation in not recording our programs. If you are interested in purchasing workshop materials, please check out the Classroom Resource Store or call us toll free at 1-800-931-9193.

How do I obtain verification of attendance for meeting district and/or state requirements?

All attendees receive a personalized certificate of attendance at the end of the workshop which may be used to verify your participation.

Can I qualify for professional and continuing education credit by attending one of your workshops?

Yes, by attending any on-site workshop sponsored by Otter Creek Institute, you may earn semester hours from Chapman University  (Chapman details PDF) . For specific information regarding Chapman University and any state-specific credit available, we have a special section dedicated to answering all your credit questions. Select 'get details' when viewing our schedule to quickly obtain credit information for each course.

Can I obtain the Chapman University course title and course number for my on-site workshop?

Yes. If your school district requires this information prior to your attending the on-site workshop, you may contact our Customer Service Department. What payment methods are available?

We accept payment by credit card, check or purchase order. Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How will I confirm that you have received my online registration or product order?

At the end of your purchase, you will be presented with a detailed Confirmation page that you can print for reference. We also send order confirmation emails to the address(es) provided.

What is your workshop cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend the program please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or issuing a credit.

If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to  an event . Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the event will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above. The processing fee of $20 will apply.

If you aren't satisfied with  our services or products call or write us within 60 days of event attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.
