Do I need special equipment to participate in a teleconference?
No. The only equipment you will need is a phone. You can also view the presentation online if you choose to do so, which requires Windows Media Player.
What is the teleconference registration deadline?
The registration deadline for online registration is 2 business days prior to the event. After that, phone orders can be taken up to 1 hour before the program.
Will I receive a confirmation of my teleconference order?
You will receive a confirmation of this order via email. Additionally, 2 business days prior to the program each registrant is emailed complete teleconference details. Access information (URL, toll-free phone number, event pass code and personal ID number), links to access PDF of program materials, and continuing education credit request form (including attendee roster) will be provided.
Can multiple people listen into the teleconference?
Train your whole team! The registration fee is per phone connection. An unlimited number of listeners are welcome to benefit from the information presented.
How will I receive materials for the teleconference?
You will be emailed a link to access a PDF of the program materials 2 business days in advance of the program. We recommend that you save it directly to your computer at your earliest convenience because your online access to this file is limited to 30 days. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF manuals. You can download it for free at www.adobe.com .
Can I record the teleconference?
No. We ask that you not record the program. An audio recording will be made available for sale.
What is your cancellation policy for teleconferences?
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend the program please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or issuing a credit.
If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to an event. Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the event will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above. The processing fee of $20 will apply.
Do you guarantee satisfaction?
If you aren't satisfied with a seminar or training resource, call or write us within 60 days of seminar attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.
What do I do if we experience technical problems during the broadcast?
Contact teleconference technical support at 888-569-3848 or dial *0 at any time during the call.
